Refund policy

• يمكن قبول إرجاع المنتجات التى لم يتم الطباعة عليها في غضون 3 أيام من استلام الشحنة في معظم الحالات. يتحمل الطالب مصاريف الشحن.

• يمكن إرجاع المنتجات التي تم تلقيها تالفة أو معيبة أو مستخدمة أو ينقصها أجزاء أو لا تتطابق مع المنتج الموصوف، في غضون 3 أيام من استلام الشحنة. إلا أنه توجد سياسات أو متطلبات مختلفة لبعض المنتجات. لا يتحمل الطالب مصاريف الشحن.

• يتم تفصيل العديد من منتجاتنا المطبوعة بناءً على تفضيلاتك ومواصفاتك الفريدة. مما يجعل عملية الشراء الخاصة بك مميزة وفريدة من نوعها. ونتيجة لذلك، لا يمكننا قبول إرجاع المنتج المطبوع ما لم يصل تالفاً أو معيباً.

 

يتم إرجاع المنتج بنفس الحالة التي كان عليها عند استلامه (مع  تغليف العلامة التجارية المصنعة الأصلي، وإذا كان ذلك ممكنًا جميع الملحقات).

 

• Items can be returned within 3 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Shipping rates will be applied.

• Items that were received damaged, defective, used, missing parts, or not as described could be returned within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies. No shipping rates will be applied.

• Many of our printed products are customized based on your unique preferences and specifications. This personalization is what makes your purchase special and uniquely yours. As a result, we are unable to accept returns on customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

*The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand packaging and, if applicable all accessories).
